Design Menace is my little introduction in to the blogging world. I honestly have no clue what I am doing or writting about but everybody is telling me it will be good for me...Both professionally and socially.

For a quick once over, I was born in San Francisco, moved to LA, then Connecticut, went to school in Boston, and finally ended up in Jacksonville Florida (Don't even get me started on this place.) I studied Visual Communications at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusettes and took one Web Design class the entire time I was there. So how did I get into Web Development? The way most do, with one book and 3 weeks of sitting in front of my computer eating it all up. I have been developing since 2003 and have found it's my passion.

As you will come to find out through my entries I like to "challenge" myself by developing a lot of things to cater to me. Example? Ok...Wordpress was my preferred blogging platform when I began this journey, however, I realized that as I got deeper and deeper into the design I wanted more control and I didn't want to go pining through every line of code somebody else wrote...so I began my own blogging system. Stupid? Yeah probably...why write up a new Blogging system when there are several to use out there. Answer...I wanted too. April calls this being stubborn.
